Formmail from Matt's Script Archive will not send from an email address other than my main account.
Answer
This script is outdated, and should not be used to send mail, because it no longer conforms with the mail standards. You may be better off using something like php mailer which has had a number of updates, and has some great examples of how to work with various providers (including Gmail)
