Why are you contacting me to pay when my account is setup to charge automatically?
Answer
It is often a mystery as to why cards are declined, however, here are a few things that can lead to this action:
  • Funds availability
  • Card expiration
  • Invalid AVS (address verification information). For security purposes, the information on your account must match that on your card exactly
  • Banking errors

If you receive a notification that you need to update your card information, please, verify your information at our Client Area, and verify your credit card information. Make sure this matches your bank information exactly.
